Built from lived experience, to better your experience.
Simply put, Pelvactiv was born out of incredulity and desperation.
Incredulitythat pelvic health is not treated as a pillar in endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain management.
Desperation that after 15 years of dismissed symptoms, 2 ruptured ovarian cysts, chronic pain, and laparoscopic surgery, I was still internalizing my experience - believing that if I pushed harder, ate better, or moved faster, I would eventually improve.
Instead, the disconnect between my approach and my symptoms was making my symptoms worse.
That realization led me to draw on my lived experience, research background, and a career in digital health to reconceptualize what care could look.
We’ll work together to identify patterns across your symptoms through a more integrated, pelvic health-informed perspective. From there, we build structured, individualized approaches that are responsive to your body, your experiences, and your day-to-day reality.
You will never have to question whether your experiences are valid, or whether your symptoms are “enough” to deserve support — they are.
Pelvactiv exists to help you better understand your body and define a way forward.

Our Mission
We aim to redefine how women* experience pelvic health and the debilitating symptoms of endometriosis. We put each woman at the forefront of her own journey to healing because her experience and her goals are what matters - not the optics of another appointment completed, not the symptoms surpressed temporarily, and certainly not the outdated research telling her it’s not a big deal.
We believe that self-advocacy starts when agency takes over. We empower every woman through education, accessible resources, and connected care.
We exist to create a world where women are holistically supported by healthcare systems designed around their full experience.
*While Pelvactiv primarily uses the term “women” to reflect the historical and ongoing gender disparities present in pelvic health and chronic pain care, we recognize that endometriosis and pelvic health conditions affect individuals across gender identities. Pelvactiv welcomes and supports anyone navigating these experiences.
